The design

An oval pendant. A gold-toned sculpted face sits behind an open lattice of stone-set lines that cross the brow, cheeks and lips, framed by a stone-set oval. A pear-shaped stone is set at the forehead, and the bail is set with stones.

Turn it to the side and the face stands forward of its base, with a row of dark baguette stones running around the edge. The back is smooth and polished.
